Everyone in our party was impressed with everything about the house and location. Facilities were excellent. Location was central to everything.

We had problems with the TV in the main living room and did not get the problem solved while we were there which was 7 days.

Damp smell throughout. Black specks & blood on sheets - draw your own conclusion. Clean sheets on top of dirty, dirty bedding. Nothing like photos - disgrace. Poorly maintained and denied photographic evidence of state of beds

It was in a quiet neighborhood.

The house and driveway were really damp, with pockets of water and mosquitos. Maybe due to 1) the storms and 2) lower land elevation. I also noticed that the blankets/sheets had particles or something indicating not freshly washed ones. The exterior of the house does not look as great as that in the picture.

The location was super convenient to the sites we wanted to see. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very peaceful.

The house was clean, comfortable , and cozy. It was spacious enough for my family of 7. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and pots and pans. I have nothing negative to say about the house.

Smell, needs to be aired before guests. Shower in master’s bedroom was stuck, had to clean ourselves

we loved everything about hip Island! All accommodations were just right! Serene,clean, comfy and exceptional!!

Code was sent via booking.com email - no issues, very easy Property owner answered questions promptly Great home, that was clean and comfortable, very good kitchen and outdoor grill Close to Charleston and Folly Beach Excellent restaurants nearby (fresh seafood, Carolina bar-b-Que...)

There isn't anything that we didn't like. Quiet, safe neighborhood, walked to one of the restaurants

It was so nice to have a coffee pot and ground coffee at the house. We made a fresh pot in the morning and enjoyed our cups out in the backyard.

The only complaint we had and it did NOT affect our stay was the shower in the bathtub didn't fully convert from water in the bathtub faucet to water in the shower head. It was a small inconvenience. I contacted David about the ceiling light being out and he responded quickly with assurances that he would take care of it.
