"perfect for a group"

The location was perfect for us. the beach was a 10 minute drive down Folly. We spent the rest of our time around Charleston. It does smell “old” like one review mentioned. But, the good kind of old. Like my great grandma’s or great aunts home.

The only thing I would change is swap the queen bed for a king bed. It’s hard to downsize. The beds are comfortable & it is a very well equipped place to stay.

"Wonderful home, would stay again!"

Great location between Historic Charleston and the beach. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The host went above and beyond to include things guests might need, like laundry detergent, beach towels, beach toys, kids toys, and kitchen essentials. The host checked in with us after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed with four adults and a toddler and it was plenty of space. The home was also near some great restaurants. Highly recommend!! We would definitely stay again!!
