"Exceptional"

We loved the cottage and the walk down to the beach.

The cottage needs a freezer as we like to really chill our drinks. Also I am 6ft 1 and kept banging my head in the main bedroom.

"Fabulous!"

Really cosy, quirky cottage. Everything you need, apart from A freezer. Was Worried about the stairs but they are carpeted which makes them very safe. Brand new kitchen which was Lovely. Shower great! Beds comfy. We walked down the road to Urban Reef thru Boscombe gardens a couple Of times, took about 10 mins…great location. We spent our few days in Poole And Bournemouth. Owners very communicative as asked about the building which seemed to have history.

"Lovely house , great homely feeling"

Love the little garden- The house is good distance from town to walk,park close by easy and pleasant walk to beach. The shower was really good. Kitchen had everything we needed- tv worked great- thought could have had a few different drinks glassss- love the garden

Quiet neighborhood, only 12 minutes to the beach. Close to shops. Cozy house, quite clean. A piece of outdoor space, where you can drink coffee, locked gate, Overall, I highly recommend it. We'll probably come back.

No washing machine, which is definitely a minus for a longer stay in the summer. A mess in the drawers with bedding and towels.

"Gem in the middle of Bournemouth"

The size and facilities of this property are great. A brand new bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and spacious and cosy lounge. The bedroom was also very big. It was also decorated for Christmas which was a lovely touch.

The stairs are very steep.

"Good value for money value for money"

Well, situated for Bournemouth and The New Forest.

No cafetiere or coffee making facilities,on asking owners they said they would sort it out for the future.
