Bay View House

NOTHING everything was perfect

Bay View House is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The well kept traditional cottage garden also has modern features. The rooms are comfortable and light and airy with tasteful furnishings.

Fabulous building and garden. Loved the hot tub and watching the rabbits on the lawn. Really good response from owners. Great pub and restaurant for food very nearby.

Not really a don't like. Just the information implied no shampoo, soap or washing up liquid which we took but was in fact provided.

Stayed at Bay View House for a weekend with friends. The house is beautifully situated with distant sea views and a well kept garden. The hosts were excellent in responding to our questions prior to arrival and were most helpful on check in day. The property is beautifully appointed with everything covered for a fabulous break; the rooms are so clean and comfortable and we particularly appreciated the dining area where we could all eat, chat and later play board games with a glass or two of chilled fizz. Similarly the garden was just beautiful with sunny areas, shady places, comfortable seating for the whole group and a fabulous hot tub. Having coffee outside in the mornings, watching and listening to the birds and even seeing rabbits on the lawn first thing was just divine. Would 12/10 recommend.

Nothing to dislike!

The location is very good with an excellent restaurant next door. The beach is close by and the little train offers a regular shuttle service into Bridlington. Everything you might need and more is in the house and there is a peaceful and beautifully kept garden where, weather willing, you can relax and watch the rabbits playing on the grass. The house is clean, tastefully appointed and extremely well equipped. Our hosts made us welcome, gave us all the information we might need and were available for help and advice should we have any problems.

Location was good

a dishwasher would have been good some of our party are not able to eat out due to food intolerances.

Love the close proximity to the beach. The space the house gave us. Loved the goodies too, much appreciated.

One tiny, nit picking bit of feedback and that is that a bit more generous with loo roll.

Beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location. Lots of attention to detail. Very comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms. Sitting rooms, especially the library were gorgeous.

There were 8 of us so the addition of a dishwasher would have been appreciated.
