We enjoyed everything about the property. Excellent communication with the owners. Wonderful welcome hamper. Very spacious accommodation for our party of 6 adults and 2 small children. Kitchen very well equipped for a large party. The weather was good so we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden and outdoor space including the hot tub and barbecue. Lovely sea views from various locations in the house. Close to pubs, cliff walks and Sewerby Hall. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, parking and garden. Very spacious and well equipped in all regards. Nearby Ship Inn very short walk and good garden and food

Patio area had no light or useable garden furniture. Table and chairs at very end of garden knackered. Just needs some cheap plastic garden furniture. Hot water not working properly due to boiler being tampered with by previous guests. Oven needed cleaning
