When you book & pay for a property you should have all the rooms available. Your hamper should be in situ before you arrive.

Beautiful location with garden facing the sea, house was very clean and spacious and well appointed in and out, with a lovely welcome box of essentials. Good local pub just down the road. We didn't want to leave!

It would have been useful to have had a dishwasher

Location was good, breakfast not included

The booking options were very misleading and did not state anywhere about room sharing beforehand until the booking confirmation was made, which made the rooms available/number of guests very misleading, i.e. two rooms were locked and four adults had to share beds even though it said ‘four bedrooms’. Before arriving we had expected not to be sharing rooms as none of us were in a couple. I didn’t mind sharing with one friend as I knew her well but my other two friends didn’t know each other and had travelled a long way to celebrate my birthday but did not feel entirely comfortable sharing a room, and especially when we had paid quite a lot for the stay. It was only in some ‘finer details’ after the booking had been made which mentioned rooms and sharing them. This really needed to be started before we made the booking to avoid any confusion. So, the place itself was lovely but the room situation did not meet our expectations, unfortunately, and did not turn out to be good value for money overall. We could have just booked a smaller place with feeder rooms for a lot less money.
