Great base for a Yorkshire adventure

Would definitely stay here again. Ideally situated for Flamingoland and the surrounding area. The description doesn’t say that there’s a very convenient small Morrison’s diagonally opposite the house. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of crockery. Two showers in the bathroom, of which I only used one but it was very good with plenty of pressure and hot water. Big conservatory with plenty of room for at least six people. Wi-Fi was plenty good enough too. It’s genuinely like temporarily moving into somebody’s house. I’d happily stay here for a week without any issues at all. I met the owner and he’s a friendly chap too. Absolutely no reason not to book a stay here. Even got an X-trail into the parking area, all safe behind the gate.

A fantastic stay. Large house. Really felt like home from home. Close to amenities and beauty spots. Exceptionally clean. Host could not be more helpful. Would definitely return.

Lovely garden, the automatic cleaning machine, nice kitchen, my son liked the gaming room though he couldn’t get out the chairs, nice bathroom liked the idea of the two showers, great to have a super fish and chips they were excellent and to have a Morrisons daily right over the road.

Where we had to park the car, right on a busy road and the busy pavement. We thought it was a 30 and 20 mile zone limit but nobody drove at that speed, well over 40+. And don’t get in the way of the mothers and fathers picking up their children from the primary school on the Friday.

N/A Location good for us for a wedding. Local shop useful Did not try the fish shop which is suppose to be very good.

Had a problem with the internet kept locking me out advised it was too busy.

Attention to detail- all the small things catered for

Well-equipped kitchen. Well-appointed bathroom. Gaming room a bonus for teenagers.
