Great base for a Yorkshire adventure

Decent place for a few nights. Lots of "basics" provided in the kitchen which was very handy. Convenience store and chippy across the road. Comms very good with the host.

a little two bedroom house, well equipped, cosy and with a supermarket opposite the corner, very handy. Nice little garden!

Some lovely extra touches provided. Obviously a lot of thought had gone into the presentation of the house.

Would have preferred off street parking for unloading our bags, but as soon as that was done, it was no problem.

The house was perfect. Just what we needed and price was exceedingly good. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and loved all the extra touches, including being able to help ourselves to the apples from the tree .Thank you so much

Only comment would be, maybe need black out blind in bedroom or curtains as very light on morning

Everything! Spotlessly clean, comes with everything you'd expect if you stayed at a friend's house: towels, bedding, dishes, cleaning supplies, etc, plus coffee/tea making supplies (inc biscuits!). We've done several short breaks as a family of 4 plus 2 dogs, and this was the nicest so far. Perfect location for visiting Flamingo Land, and literally across the road from a well-stocked corner shop. Beautiful property, charming gardens, really, really lovely.
