Treehouse Spa Escape - Private Spa Pool

Loved the King bed, fireplace, views, warm bathroom & location.

Outside Sensor light needs to stay on longer so you can get suitcases down the two flights of stairs when its dark. Trip Step from kitchen to carpet needs a carpet strip to warn of height variation. No free to air TV for local news.

Stayed here for 10 days I think and yes I didn’t enjoy myself it’s just out of Queenstown so it’s out of the way the parking isn’t the greatest but apart from that the spa was awesome the house was really nice the deck was awesome to sit on and have coffee in the morning I enjoyed my stay

Kitchen amenities were plentiful including food left behind by others & kitchen foil, large fridge freezer, heating on the AC unit sufficient, sufficient toilet paper which is apparently a luxury now in hotels, free car parking. TV very large & hallelujah it was a smart TV.

No milk provided which most hotels do. Very very dusty / spiderwebs, inside of pull out pantry shelves not cleaned, cracked bathroom tiles & cracked sink basin, no bedsheets on quilt??? The outside stairs were a lot steeper & more of them than expected, this was particularly challenging for my elderly parents & toddler, the outside stairs needed more lighting during the night, the furniture on the deck is different to that on the photo & it looked like it hadn't been cleaned a good while. There's a hidden / not noticeable carpeted step leading from main communal living area to the bathroom & it's a trip hazzard. Although not the owners fault , next door neighbours are young in their 20's and were setting off fireworks. The location of this hotel is tricky. I did do my own research before booking but if I were to visit Queenstown again, I'd book closer to the centre.

Too far away from Queenstown action and too difficult to drive to property safely narrow street and tight driveway entrance

Good facilities, especially the spa. Great location if you have a car.

The property is a bit dusty everywhere. Beds are very soft.
