Hillside Cottage

Beautiful Derbyshire setting , picturesque and very quiet . Cozy cottage, homely. Very clean

Not much we didn't like would only be nitpicking to find faults . Parking could be better, but it's in a very rural area . It's like going back in time narrow lanes and paths on a very steep hill. It was worth the inconvenience

Well furnished kitchen, lovely decor, comfortable bed, great location to reach many walking sites.

Cottage was beautiful, super comfy and relaxing. Location was steep to get to, but worth it for the views from all the windows. Loved waking up to those views every day. Exceptionally clean and everything available in the cottage, so no need to bring extra utensils. Loved the added touch of milk in the fridge, fresh flowers and biscuits to have a good cupa, from and varied selection of teas and coffees.

Under estimated the steepness of the stairs but again, the views were worth it.

nothing it was an delightful stay

The property is ideal for a couple. It was warm when we arrived there and the heating was programmed so that when you went out for the day it was lovely and warm when we returned. The kitchen was well equipped and all toiletries were provided.

The steep climb to the cottage. As a asthmatic it was difficult. Parking wasn't outside the property but was nearby.
