Good apartment for staying over for one night in Birmingham, 20 min walk away from Victoria Square.

Spacious, off road parking, toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar included, although close to a main road once inside you could not hear traffic.

Could do with a little more attention to detail when cleaning(cobwebs on bedroom ceiling), no bath mat/floor towel for getting out of shower & no mop either to dry the floor but pros definitely out weighed the cons

The host was really good. Efficient and allowed us to park up earlier outside the property. Parking at the property was a bonus.

The property was a lot more dated than the pictures portrayed. Sofas not comfortable. The property also smelt of a a ‘wet dog’ smell which made the property appear worse then it was. If the smell could be removed then the property would be fine to stay in.

Beautiful two bedroom property to stay in for a visit in Birmingham or around the area. Very clean and spacious. Sammy id very accommodating and eager to support with any issues.
