Sofas in front were bit uncomfortable to sit on

The location was good

The property wasn’t very clean and was cold!

Generally my stay was pleasant, the host was friendly and hospitable.I also liked that the beds were super comfy. I like that toilet rolls and hand washes were provided.

A little constructive feedback was that it was too cold and I was unable to increase the temperature on the settings. The main shower was also clogged when I tried to use it so I had to unclog it and that was not pleasant. There was also areas that the cleaner had missed like blood stains int be bathroom and stains on the walls. It was not nice to have gum on the carpets either but that is not the host's fault obviously it it the other people who have stayed their previously. The towels were also very hard.

Nice 2 storey house with own parking space. The entire house fits 4 pax comfortably in the 2BR, rooms size so-so but works 👌 The living room have sofa beds which we did not use however believe can fit another 4pax when open up. All the facilities are OK. Distance wise, a approx 5mins++ drive to Bullring city center.

The standing shower drainage is clogged. Living room can be brighter with more lights.

Nice size. Warm and comfortable. Clean. Password on wall to connect to wi-fi. Nice welcome from staff.

Clean and well equipped. Great location for walking into the centre.

We couldn't find the TV remote!

The apartment was lovely and clean. In a perfect location for where we were going. The patio was a lovely touch to the apartment and we made good use with the nice weather.

The sofa beds weren’t very comfortable and there wasn’t enough pillows and duvets. However, the apartment fitted 8 people well.
