very clean, very comfortable and we had everything we needed. great location.

It was clean and had all the facilities needed. Beds were comfy, towels given, lots of tvs, lots of social space, fan available and bathrooms were good. The owner was nice and accessible. Location was exactly what we needed and the parking was great.

The layout was the only issue. I didn't think it would be but as it was so very hot the ventilation on the ground floor was limited. At night time was like a sauna and being on the ground floor I wasn’t confident to keep the windows open the whole night. And if i did then i would have to have opened the blinds a little more but then people would see in being on the groud floor. So didn’t sleep well

Excellent location for Central Birmingham! Really nice property and hosts were friendly and available when needed! Clean apartment and good space for our small family!

After 2 other bookings were made through booking.com and cancelled, as those 2 other accommodations did not actually exist, this accommodation provider was kind enough to go out of his way and accommodate us at short notice. The property itself was clean and comfortable and close to all amenities. Extremely helpful host.
