Luxury 2 Bed Cottage in the Orchard of a 17th Century Manor House

The property was super clean, comfortable, very well equipped with everything one needs and in an idyllic setting. It was so serene, rabbits running around at dusk and even saw a deer on our way in one evening.

Amazing private cottage fully equipped with everything our family of four needed. Beautiful grounds that the owners of the manor house very kindly let you wander around. Would have loved to have stayed longer to explore further. Great location for visiting family and my old home village plus the lovely villages and countryside of Constable country.

It was sensational here! Absolutely loved the layout of the cottage, the location, the tranquility, the facilities and the ease of arrival. Also fantastic communication with us throughout and lovely clean linen and towels. Our favourite part was the stunning grounds that we loved exploring, especially the beautiful gardens.

Only very small downside was sharing the pool with the other Airbnb which we didn't realise we would be doing until the week before.

Great instructions on how to find it and how to access property. The most beautiful quaint quiet location. No cars, no noise, no one walking past the property. Beautiful property, very clean and loved the finishing touches of brick work, beautiful windows and stable door. Lovely walks near by around the Estate and beyond. Best nights sleep! Lovely to sit outside in the garden area which is huge and read. Bliss. Also loved the fact two bedrooms at different ends with kitchen, then dining area and lounge in between them, plus both had en suites.

There was tea, coffee and sugar but maybe a few sachets of milk just to have a cuppa on arrival and then head to shops for food. But not much else as all amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. The place was very hot when we arrived but after opening windows and doors the fresh air did come through. But that's just because the weather was so good, that is not anything on the property, as it was all exceptional.
