Location is perfect for a trip to Guisborough, the whole area is beautiful and this property is ideally located in a quiet corner of the town

Perfect location Beautiful property Enough room for all guests Loved the fact that every room had plenty of towels/gowns etc that were good quality Everything was perfect!

Everything was great - for us it lacked a few kitchen utensils/essentials but we were hosting Christmas dinner for family so needed more. There was nothing we didn’t like!

The facilities were excellent, the house was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better. Far enough from the town centre to feel private, however only a 15 minute walk into town if needed.

There weren't many wine/champagne glasses available, which meant a few of us were drinking wine/champagne out of tumblers/mason jars. Would've been great if there were a few more!

"Good modern and comfortable house for a family holiday."

Spacious house with good size bedrooms. Two en-suites and a big family bathroom were convenient for 6 adults. The hot tub was an added bonus.

The oven and cookware could be cleaner. No tea towel was provided for drying pots and hand wash stuff and no hand towel in kitchen. Two toilet seats were loose and one of the double mattresses was uneven.

The complimentary gifts was a lovely touch and made a great start to the few days we were there.

Can’t really think of anything but only improvement would be a little more info on how to get to the lock box as we were not sure how to open the back gate at first!

The overall presentation and decoration of the property, the welcome box and greeting on the board was an excellent touch. The open plan living / kitchen area was absolutely ideal for the catch up purpose of our stay.
