I liked absolutely everything: the location, the villa itself, the availability of everything necessary in the house. Special thanks to Andrew for his attitude towards guests, advice and willingness to help. I definitely recommend!

Very clean and comfortable facilities, convenient location, close to the beach and shops. Andrew is an amazing host as are his staff. He was always available to answer any questions and give us pointers. We thank you and your Team, Andrew, in helping us make our family holiday one to remember. We hope to visit you again.

Everything was great

Very helpful host, lives locally, always willing to offer information and help. Spacious apartment, kept very clean by local staff. 10 minute walk to the lovely, sandy beach. Convenient for local shops, restaurants etc.

The pictures in the listing are somewhat misleading as the majority are of a separate detached villa about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There is NO pool at the apartment - it is part of the villa. The apartment is not detached, it is part of a block of buildings and overlooks the back of a large hotel. The apartment itself is accessed by 3 flights of stairs, 52 in total, the last 14 in the apartment having no hand rail. The check in was a cursory look over the apartment (which was fine) however the checkout was an uncomfortable experience to say the least - 2 staff members counting EVERYTHING and going over the apartment with a microscope looking for damage to claim against our cash deposit of 5000THB. It was most uncomfortable and spoiled the whole experience. Note the apartment address is different from the Karon Homes address that is listed, it is actually above New Karon Gym.

Andrew was a great host who covered all the basis for what you might need during the stay (groceries, fruit, ATM, beach spot and restaurant, massage, etc.) The property was clean, spacious with things you may need to have breakfast and a a meal if you don’t fancy eating in the many places nearby.

First of all, the host Andrew's personality and his attentiveness and helpfulness, with which he wanted to make our stay easier. Our accommodation was always spotlessly clean.

I suggest changing the extra bed in our apartment.

Really clean and helpful staff. Great location, close to all the shops restaurants and nightlife but tucked away down a quiet road. Few minutes walk to the beach.

Our host Andrew was a total gem. He was incredibly accommodating when our flight was delayed and made sure we got the most out of our short (sadly) stay. He provided great advice on accessing services, even while recovering from surgery. The location is truly amazing- quet and relaxing while being moments from all the action and a mere 100m to the fabulous beach. Already planning a return for a longer stay.

That we weren't staying longer

Andrew is a great host . He is very helpful and responsive to any request. There was everything essential for a comfortable stay including drinking water , fully equipped kitchen and cozy terrace.

There wasn’t any major downside. Full size mirror would be amazing.
