Great location to beach, restaurants and shops. Comfortable bed and everything you could possibly need in a holiday villa. Pool was lovely. Even so central was quiet on the patio. The best thing is it was absolutely spotless. Would highly recommend and will hopefully get the opportunity to return.

Karon homes / gym was in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants. Andrew (host) was very attentive and info,active he is available if you ever have any questions or need transfers booked. He knows the area and shares valuable information with you. The apartment was immaculately clean, it was great for families as it had a full kitchen, access to an excellent gym with diverse high quality equipment on the first floor.

The pool is in another location 5 minutes away.

Accommodation perfectly situated and close to everything, shops, restaurants, market...set on a side street so you don't get the noise from traffic. Beach a short walk away where you can window shop to and from. Villa clean and comfortable with good supply of kitchen utensils and appliances should you wish to self cater. Andrew was outstanding in providing information on the immediate area, arranged airport transfers and a couple of excursions. Nothing was a problem for him to attend to and was awesome to deal with. In a word...perfect!

Nothing to dislike

Fabulous location. Close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The host, Andrew, was great, even drew a map of the good places to eat etc. And he also drove myself and our bags to Kata Noi, at the end of our stay, while my husband took our scooter! Large spacious apartment above a gym. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Not a biggie but we didn't realise with the room type we booked that the pool was across the road, near the villas. We were at beaches all day so didn't make a big difference to us :)

It is close to the main street, close to the beach but at the same time birds are waking up you in the morning. Peaceful with nice terrace.

Water problem. Manager fixed it very fast but it is unpleasant to return from the beach and realize that there is no water to shower it.

The location is very good, close to restaurants and beach but tucked away in quiet alley. the gym is amazing - proper gym. the Aircons good. also, Tvs are both good and easy to work which is more than i can say for most places ive stayed in thailand.

Checkin was challenging as relies on owner to be there. also payment mix up, but sorted in the end. Andrew was friendly, just some processes are a little different. the pool is far away, in other development, and small. we didnt even end up using.

The accommodation was professional with excellent service, great opportunities for both barbecuing, swimming in the pool, and more.

everything was good

Host was so welcoming, helpful and friendly! The room was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The gym is second to none with everything you need for a very comprehensive workout! Great location, near the beach and Karon town but very peaceful at night! I highly recommend Karon homes to anyone!
