Andrew, the owner was very sincere, friendly and helpful at any time. His staff are also friendly and cleaned the apartment every day with a smile. Very good location as it is walking distance from the beach and almost every type of restaurant you can imagine. Great value for money. No doubt that I will stay here when I visit Karon again.

The only thing that was frustrating is the fact that the new pool came with a lot of noise when it was under construction but Andrew did inform me about the possible inconvenience when I checked in. However, future guests will be able to enjoy the pool.

It is very close to everything such as restaurants, beach, massage shops and night market.

Perfect place right near the beach, great for the price. Clean as and huge. Andrew is a legend and great for a chat. Happily helped me out with early morning airport transfers with no dramas at all. Also huge unmentioned bonus of access to the best gym on the island if that's your thing

Everything is just so good. Things there at Karon Homes are better than they look at pictures shown during booking. Andrew is the man.

The location was superb. Air-conditioning in every room. Friendly staff. Would definitely consider booking the location again if I would be visiting Karon in the future.

The jacuzzi could not empty in one go as it would flood the piping and result in a wet floor in the bathroom. For me, it is an inconvenience you would not expect for the price point of the "luxury" villa. I also prefer slightly softer beds.

Andrew is an excellent host....friendly and helpful! The villa are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for either a romantic or family holiday! The location is only 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the small town has everything you need, from supermarkets to good restaurants and bars.The local temple grounds have a market twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) and worth a look for clothes, leather goods, souvenirs and street food. I cannot recommend Karon Homes enough - a big THANK YOU to Andrew and his staff for making our stay a home from home,and making our holiday complete!!!

There is nothing negative about Karon Homes...an excellent location and accommodation.

very good place to stay and enjoyed over the time . so calm and peaceful

The location is very central, close to all amenities and activities. Owner Andrew was very helpful, gave us a lot of information about the area.

Andrew met with us, took us to the place and explained a couple of things related to the apartment, he also helped us with the luggage. He also provided information related to convenience stores and facilities in the place.

Something I only found out when I received the confirmation, was that there is charge for electricity afterwards, which depends on how much you use. In the end it wasn't a huge price but it was a surprise. Nevertheless, we really liked the place, location and would stay there again in future trips to Phuket.
