We spend 2 weeks and everything was absolutelly OK. The location is in 2 minutes walk to the main street with a lot of shops and reestoraunts and 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. So it was very comfortable. Appartments are enough big and comfortable. Andrew - the owner of apartments - is a very nice person - very friendly and always ready to make all nessesary assistance. We are more than satisfiend with our vacations and hope to be back next year. Nataly&Sergey

How clean and quiet it was

The location was very good, the beach was a short walk away and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Andrew, the host, was very efficient. He gave us lots of advice about the best places to go and what to avoid. The villa had every appliance we needed including a washing machine and ironing board with iron. There was good communication with the host via WhatsApp. I set up a WhatsApp group with my party and Andrew, the host to share requests and information, This worked well, Andrew was very responsive.

Andrew was extremely helpful. He has been in Karon Beach for 15 years and knows the town. He gave me tips about local restaurants, etc. He even recommended a good, inexpensive dentist and booked my appointment along with his and gave me a ride.

While the villas are very quiet, there is some daytime construction near the gym. Obviously, this is not the host's fault, and it is quiet at night.

Hello, I would like to leave my review about my stay at the hotel! I travel a lot and have something to compare with. The owner explained everything in detail, greeted us and took care of us throughout our vacation! The house is clean, spacious, cleaned 10++++++++! Incredible service, the bar was replenished every three days: beer, Sprite, cola, water, cleaning was constant! I highly recommend it to everyone! The atmosphere is warm, friendly, caring! Have great fun! the owner is incredibly warm and wonderful person, thank you so much! we will come back to you again!

Nice and quite house away from street noise, clean and comfy. Andrew was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, I'd pick Karon Homes again.
