Karon Homes is a little gem, right in the heart of Karon beach. The structure is perfectly maintained by the hard work of Andrew Mayer and his team. Every single unit is fully equipped with plates, pots, cutlery in case you want to prepare your meals at home. The beds are very comfortable, WIFI and Air Conditioning work perfectly. Moreover every single room, including the outside patio are equipped with a fan, in case you don't like the AC. The swimming pool is not huge, but it's very cosy and children love it because it's not too deep. I want to spend a few words about Andrew; he is an amazing host, he makes you feel very welcome as soon as you arrive at the place, he provides useful and meaningful information about Phuket and its surroundings. We had a great stay at Karon Homes, I strongly recommend this place. Thank you once again Andrew!

We rented two neighboring apartments for a family vacation. Both units had a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, a small living room and a bedroom. There is a washing machine and a separate shower unit next to the apartments, which is very useful if you want to keep the humidity low inside the apartment. There is also free parking in front of the apartment and the beach is about 300m away where you can book a range of activities. Andrew is a very friendly host, he responds quickly on whatsapp and helped us out with all the requests we had.

Perfect place to stay in Phuket! Villa was big and had everything you need. Close to the beach and dining areas. Host Andrew was the best, helped with the airport pick up, with bike, replied fast to our messages.

Home away from home with all the amenities you could think of. Andrew met us at the property and drew a map of everything we could possibly need or use. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks Andrew and Amy.
