Spacious house with off street parking, hot tub a nice touch

Outside furniture could do with updating

Location was fab. Handy for beaches. Garden great. Enclosed for dog and hot tub an added bonus. Kitchen well equipped.

The size, off road parking, hot tub, garden. Wi-Fi signal excellent! Bedding and towels clean and fresh.

This property could be premium but Needs some TLC to bring it up to standard, eg curtains that actually fit the windows and do not need to be pinned closed! Some deep cleaning, painting around doors and windows and other areas is required. The addition of a hot tub is great but it appears to leak all the time and the cover is dropping through to pieces! Towels for hot tub should be provided as should a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk to start you off.

Property had good location to walk to Scarborough

The property very dated lots of cobwebs lots of marks on the wall,the mattress toppers was all stained. There was Hair in the bathroom the barbecue you could not use, It was full of mould!! the outside wooden table and chairs needs updating. Also, it’s a semi detached property on which we have to be out the hot tub for 11 o’clock, also only has two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet.

Great property, clean. Just what we needed.

The property Location is great. Reasonably easy walk into the old tow, through the Italian gardens, which lovely. The Property size and layout is good. We had a small problem with the heating, but the host response was very good, and we sorted the problem. He even rang to check everything was good.

The property is a little 'tired', but was very clean, with all the amenities we required. It could do with a little bit of TLC in places, but this did not really detract from our stay.
