The arrival of time and the departure time Was very strange Not allowed to enter until 4 pm And had to be out by 10 am

Not very much. Our guests went home early.

No one to give us keys at appointed time. Stood in the cold on the street for 30 min on Christmas Eve with thoughts of how we were going to spend Christmas - on the streets? Phone number not recognised. House too tiny for 6 people.

Cost of paying extra for early entry. Stripping beds should be down to them considering cost.

Great location with a good well equipped kitchen. Nice private garden at the back of the cottage.

Layout of bedrooms meant there was no window in the middle bedroom which makes it stuffy and difficult to sleep in warm weather.

Good location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Parking in the area was easy to secure.

Damp smell downstairs. Unable to open the front windows - as it was hot, it was uncomfortable. Poor quality fridge and freezer which was not cold enough. Weak shower pressure. Low ceiling in the shower. Very steep stair case. The 3 bedrooms all have doors off one another - this would be very awkward if using more than one bedroom. As someone in the third bedroom would need to walk through two bedrooms to get downstairs.

Lovely little house, garden was great, we sat out side there in the sunshine. There was a festival going on at Fram castle so we explored around there. Very clean place, and they've done well with the small amount of space

We didn't realise that all 3 bedrooms would be connected. The house is VERY small, I know it says this but it is much smaller than expected. There were 6 adults and it was cramped, I'd say ideal for 2 adults, 2 children or 4 adults at at absolute push! Sleeping 6 was fine for one night but couldn't have done longer. Lovely little place but set expectations for the size :-)
