Parents with children under the age of 4, please note the cottage has original Victorian steep stairs. Please bring your own baby equipment. Early check in or late check out available by request (additional fee applicable). The house cannot accommodate more than 6 guests. If this house rule is transgressed the reservation will be canceled and both the total price of the reservation and the damage deposit will not be refunded. Kindly note that this property does not offer storage space for bicycles inside or outside the cottage. Guests will need to arrange their own storage. The third bedroom only has a toddler bed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
