Parents with children under the age of 4, please note the cottage has original Victorian steep stairs. Please bring your own baby equipment. Early check in or late check out available by request (additional fee applicable). The house cannot accommodate more than 6 guests. If this house rule is transgressed the reservation will be canceled and both the total price of the reservation and the damage deposit will not be refunded. Kindly note that this property does not offer storage space for bicycles inside or outside the cottage. Guests will need to arrange their own storage. The third bedroom only has a toddler bed.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. A lovely quirky little cottage which suited our needs well (a one night stay to attend a funeral in the area). Warm and comfortable.

The shower was a bit miserable!

Cosy cottage with all the facilities needed in a character cottage. Good instructions and very clean. Nice chocolate biscuits left for us.

Nothing really. Had to watch chidren on stairs, but knew thay had to take care

the location and lounge area, comfy bed h the main bedroom.

the layout of the bedrooms (all connected so guests have to walk through each others bedrooms to get down stairs. the kitchen was a bit dirty and the stairs are not easy at all to get up and down. The check in time was very late and we weren’t prepared to have to pay extra to be able to access the cottage at a more reasonable time when we needed to - thought it was cheeky of the owner to ask this!
