Poorly cleaned, sofa was old and filthy bathroom door handle was loose

Good location to walk to downtown.

Unit was advertised as having 3 beds, but there was only sheets provided for two beds. The "sofa bed" in the listing turned out to just be one of those chairs that unfolds into a flat "bed" - but no sheets were provided and host was not responsive when messaged. We ended up splitting the king size bed into its two separate twin size beds to sleep and slept without sheets. Payment also had to be made in person, at an address different than the home's address. We stayed in 10 other airbnbs during our 2 week trip, and for the the price point, this airbnb did not impress.

Not value for money. Stained cushion covers ,faulty bathroom door lock. Not well presented for the rent charged.

Fortunately, the staff quickly replaced the faulty appliances but not all the problems being fixed.

Although the house looked new, it had many broken appliances: the toaster was malfunctioning, the microwave didn't work, and the bathroom floor was wet, curtain can’t close….. which made us feel frustrated as soon as we moved in!

Location was good,good view

Shower head was not stable kept falling down,heater in bathroom and toaster did not work.patio area could do with a tidy up

Location was central, apartment was roomy

External seating not clean, cameras pointing to private patio area - felt obtrusive. Furnishings poor quality
