Great place to stay for our family of 4. Very clean. Use of laundry (with powder provided) was fabulous after travelling for more than a week. Very comfortable beds.

"The house is nice, the only thing is that the washing machine needs more instructions."

The size, the location.

Water was not coming out of the Washing machine, so we had to go to the office to let them know. The Last night of our stay we were washing and then the washing machine turned off and we were not able to take the cloths out till we went to the office the next morning. We only got 1hr extension for our clothes to wash. We had to take clothes wet. The washing machine needs more instructions like what to do if water is not coming out or look for the breaker if it turns off. When we are on vacation we would like not to make our beds, and clean bathrooms but this place asked us to leave it the same we found it. So should we get a discount for cleaning it?

Very clean and tidy house, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lovely fire. All round a fantastic place to stay.

Not really a dislike, but something in front of the fire, a rug or similar could be useful.
