Beautiful property in a lovely town a couple of rows back from lakeside. . Great to have the garden and lovely views of mountains and lake from upstairs master bedroom balcony. A perfect spot at night for star gazing. - we also booked stargazing in hot pools and air safari light aircraft flights over Mount cook. Both superb

All very good. Need to know short cut if walking into town or lakeside. We spotted in guest book. Go down and through back garden and turn left. Within a few yards between houses there is a walkway thought to main road and across to lake. Don’t be alarmed if load siren goes off in night - believe calls emergency services to action. Is in the information book but we were silly and didn’t read on first night.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything provided for.

Some extra tea towels would've been handy, and the door to the outside off the laundry needs attention so that it locks without too much effort. It was hard to judge that it had locked.

Beautiful holiday home. Clean. Reasonably appointed. Garden was dying from lack of water so nothing like the photo unfortunately

The location was close to the centre without being in the centre of town. Close to the lake and mountain. Excellent facilities and well equipped, spacious accommodation.

Lots of space and a great feeling of comfort and an excellently supplied kitchen. A rare place where I preferred to hang out there for meals rather than exploring.

I noticed that the satellite TV dropped out during a rainy period. It wasn’t important to us, we used the supplied board games and our devices.

Clean, roomy, comfortable beds with quality linen, well equipped kitchen, laundry with clothes line and drying racks, great blockout curtains.

Wifi - needs a wifi extender (or move router to dining area) as guests get very weak and spotty wifi outside the living area. Coffee machine - no mention in the ad to bring ground coffee and none supplied. BBQ was dirty and bbq plates rusty so we couldn’t use it. 2.75% cc/debit fee is charged by the accommodation agent (where we collected the key) for foreign cards which left a bad taste in our mouths - what a way to discourage tourists and visitors to your area! This was the highest credit card fee charged by any business in our 19 days in NZ and is obviously a money grabbing exercise by the accommodation agent.
