New Forest Brockenhurst

It was spacious and the location was great for all the places we wanted to visit. It had a lovely accessible outdoor space. Great for the extended family to sit and chat and eat together. Kitchen was well equipped and fans provided for all rooms - this was great as we were there in the heat wave.

Chocolate brownies. Delicious. Excellent location. Well equipped house.

Back garden a bit neglected . IE outdoor cushions left outside unprotected as well as outdoor furniture not welcoming to sit on

The house is spacious, particularly the upstairs space. The location was excellent. The house is really well placed and is within a short walking distance of pubs, shops and cafes. The parking outside the house works well. Overall a very good stay for a nice family holiday in the New Forest.

The home was lovely and warm however areas were a bit worn out and could do with a freshen up,

A lovely spacious home, very close to lots of amenities and yet also within the new forest proper. The host booked us in very quickly after our previous accommodation cancelled the night before and so we are very grateful for the swift booking process.

There is only space for 1 car but we were told about this beforehand and there is some weekend parking around the area. So prepare for this is you have 2 vehicles.

Location was superb, right in the heart of everything.

Good location

There was only parking for one car at a 7 bedroom house, had to pay to park others. The house was not clean, cobwebs everywhere, the kitchen had a hole in the ceiling where a repair had taken place months before and the water from the shower a above came though when used, the bathroom above was patched up with plastic panels in the shower and we had to clean the shower head to get it to work, the mirror cabinet was filthy inside so couldn't use. The beds were uncomfortable with cheap pillows The back doors did not close, a man turned up unannounced to try and fix due to previous complaints, he managed to get them to stay closed but there was a gap letting the cold though. The front door was incredibly difficult to lock my wife couldn't do this on her own as it needed strength to lift the handle all the way up to lock. The bag garden was overground and needed a good tidy and jetwash, rubbish and cigarette buts from previous guests. This property has been left get into poor condition and this made sense when we saw it was up for sale so assume that the owners have given up maintaining it.

House was lovely, location for what we needed was great. Showers great, beds comfy. Enjoyed our stay!

Honestly nothing we didnt like. The only thing is that when we were packing to leave. I checked every room incase the kids had left anything under the beds. I found a pair of underwear and i (think) a vape from a previous guest...

Really well located, good for a bigger group, we were 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child, plenty of space

Parking was a bit of a challenge, but with the timed bays and options at the train station and in the village centre there was always somewhere to park
