The property was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and provided all that we needed as a base for our trips around the New Forest. It was very handy having the convenience store just across the road and several pubs within a couple of minutes' walk, and the Thai restaurant (Britannia) across the road was also excellent. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone holidaying in the area!

I can't think of anything really - the shrubs in front of the living-room window could perhaps have been trimmed back a bit to allow more light into the room, but that's a tiny thing and certainly didn't detract from our holiday at all.

Low ceiling on 3 rf floor

No breakfast included,as expected but the location was ideal for what we wanted.

Garden could have been tidier & also the kitchen could have been a little better equipped.

Perfect location for a New Forest visit.
