The place was filthy. It smelled horrible when we first arrived, like bleach and stale air. We were concerned for our health because of the air quality despite a loud air filter that was in the living room. We collectively saw 7 COCKROACHES in the bathroom that night. The sink in the morning had cockroach poop all over it that wasn’t there the night before. There was evidence of cockroach poop on the walls in the bedrooms too. We were all too grossed out to sleep and left as early as possible. The windows in the bedrooms would not open. The AC units were super loud and smelled as if the filters were never changed. Everything had a layer of dust on it, including inside the cabinets with dishes. The outside furniture was filthy and not inviting. The plastic bedding shocked from static us as we removed the sheets. There was dog hair on the bed sheets. One of the kitchen chairs almost broke as my mother in law sat in it. Cheap furniture. The master bed was way too soft and worn out. Your head is lower than the rest of your body. Nobody showered because we were too grossed out. The shower faucet is broken too. There are major electrical hazards. One in the kitchen where the outlet is hanging out of the wall. The main AC unit is plugged into a power strip with an extension cord which is a major fire hazard. Shut this place down before someone gets sick or hurt.

We are a family of five and the reservation was made accordingly however, the sofa bed was no real bed, just a sofa Light bulb outside broken

The property manager was so easy to get ahold of, even late at night which was very helpful for answering any questions we had about the property. Also the management team was incredibly considerate and accommodating - we had initially booked the villa for another date but couldn’t make it due to a medical emergency and the management team rescheduled our stay free of cost.

I didn’t like anything. Photos don’t match the place. It is a dump which is grossly dirty! They are renting 2 places under one roof. 6393 is grouse!

Close to Joshua Tree National park and walking distance to downtown. Owner was quick to respond. Great place for our family.
