Stamford Redcot Gardens Stylish 2 bed Family town house with parking

Very clean, nice kitchen with everything you could ask for, living room with a smart TV, 2 bedrooms one with a single and the 2nd with two single beds. Walking distance to the centre of Stamford. The owner messaged alot to provide information and ask if we needed anything, (we did try replying if you read this, but the messages wouldn't go through for some reason, sorry).

The walls were a bit thin downstairs, we were asked by the neighbour to keep the noise down in the afternoon.

Cosy house in great location

The house needs upgrading i.e telly is about 15 years old and has no Netflix etc wallpaper peeling of in places. If bit of money was invested in upgrading and tidying place up a bit would be a premium property Small sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sit on as well.

Home was quite adequate and comfortable.

Loud creaking floors, broken toilet seat, grass not cut.

The townhouse was self catering. The location was very convenient to pubs and groceries. It was an easy walk to the town of Stamford and the Burghley House.

The townhouse has very attractive decor however some investment could be made toward sound damping/ proofing the adjoining walls to the neighbouring unit. The quality to the mattresses in the double room could be improved .
