Baan Heaven / Patong Beach Pool Villa Sleeps up to 15

Great sitting area, awesome pool,

Good location and about 10 mins drive to Patong, all rooms were spacious and great for big family groups. Host and staffs were super helpful. Our families certainly had a great time

The stairs a bit steep and not great for kids or old people to climb. We were a bit struggling to organise which family would stay at ground floor and which one needed to move upstairs

Open washrooms, slope outside, parking is tuff

. The swimming pool, living area, and dining tables are good and big enough for a large group. • At the beginning, one of the bathrooms did not have a window, but it was fixed quickly. • The owner, Ric, was helpful and tried to help with everything we needed.

1. Location: The location is not very well. The villa is on a very steep road and about 10 minutes from Patong Beach. It is not recommended. You need to book a taxi for everything. 2. Privacy and noise: Room sizes are okay and clean, but some bedrooms have no privacy due to nearby bars operating all night. 3. No storage in bedrooms: There are no drawers for clothes. You will end up using suitcases, with luggage all over the room. 4. Bathroom design: • There is no door between the bathroom, toilet, and bedroom, separated by curtains, so you may smell the toilet inside the bedroom. • One bedroom on the third floor had a bathroom with a very bad smell. We reported it, but it remained uncomfortable, especially for younger guests. 5. No place to dry clothes: There is no proper facility to hang swimwear or wet clothes. You have to hang them wherever possible. 6. No washing machine: There is no washing machine in the villa. Laundry must be done outside and paid 7. High deposit: You must pay 10,000 THB as a deposit.

It had amazing locality, everything was comfortable and the property was amazing

We loved our stay at this villa. We (family of 4) stayed with another family (of 4). it was perfect. The rooms were all quite spacious and comfortable. The pool was also quite luxurious and was used ALOT! The turtles were a big hit with the kids, who checked them on a daily basis. The kitchen and living area is located outside, which was a bit hot during the day and subject to some mosquitoes. In saying that, we were out most of the time so not an issue. The location of the villa is perfect. It is not far from the main centre of Patong, being a short 5min cab/tuk tuk ride down the hill. There is a bar across the road (Jinnys Cafe and Bar). We thought this was a major benefit as it was handy for food/takeaway and casusal drinks. It also had a small Squirrel Monkey that the owner had, and the kids loved him (Hashie). It does stay open late and music can be heard in the villa from when it opens to when it closes - wouldn't say it is obnoxious though, in fact it added to the villa's vibe! Also across the road is a Scooter rental place, which we used - very convienent. A small supermaket (Tops) is located a 100m walk from the villa, which we also used daily. The villa does have staff that clean the place daily. They tend to only clean when you arent there, so you dont see them very often. Beds can be made up if requested. The villa provided complementary water which was nice. The villa manager (Will) was available when/if needed, and answered any questions we had. All in all, we loved the villa and would come back. Is a great villa for groups.

Nothing really. Only comment. Check In instructions could have been clearer. We didn't receive any instructions, and when we arrived the lights were off which led to a bit of confusion. I had to locate the hosts number on the Booking.com website, and then call for them to come. Advice would be to provide instructions to guests prior to their arrival for contact, or greet them upon arrival. In saying that, we did arrive 25 minutes earlier than I advised the owner.
