Location was perfect, lovely and clean

Sofas could have been more comfy Beds were not comfy and frames rattled badly when you moved Bathroom / toilet needs a lock on the door

We both loved the location, and the chalet was nice and spacious. It had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was lovely. We were chuffed with the TV as well. We both said that we would like to stay again sometime. Overall, it was a lovely chalet & good value for money.

The mattresses were very hard.

The chalet was great. Simple, but perfectly clean and ready for us. It had everything needed for easy meals, WiFi was great, and we didn't need to top up the electric. The site is basic but good enough. Everything was reasonably priced, and everywhere was clean.

Everything was great, but we could've used a couple of coat hooks and a way of drying towels.

Spotlessly clean and had everything that was needed and more. The little basket of tea, coffee, milk on arrival was much appreciated. Everything on site that was needed and a very reasonably priced shop that was a surprise for a holiday site. Will definitely be returning.

Clean, tidy, and usable for what we paid. Small.amounts of washing up liquid/soap/tea/coffee, etc, left for occupants on stay.

Turning up and not having any fobs for the entertainment/swimming facilities and sorting it out ourselves so we could enter the facilities ourselves without them and getting a fob sorted for the owners. We had to get a temporary card/pass. The outer door is not locking on the pouch area. And also no airer for washing/wet clothing. (This would be helpful) The main bedroom window is an indoor window. If the pouch door is shut during the night, it's like a greenhouse, and the room gets so hot.
