Chalet was modern and roomy

No hot water in the shower

The swimming pool was excellent,cafe,shop, arcade, entertainment,bar,kids play area all excellent.

What I didn't like was nothing to do with the park but with the public who some of them did not clean their dogs mess up and just left it on the grassed area directly outside my chalet were my 2 young grandchildren played totally unacceptable behaviour but the park not at fault

the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome . will definitely be using her chalet again . had a fantastic time . everything was clean and we was so comfortable

I have no complaints at all

The property was immaculate, modern and welcoming. Loved the little welcome pack which included washing up liquid, toilet roll, kitchen roll, a tea towel and a pot of tea bags milk etc. The only thing I really could have done with was a washing line, or an airer. There was no other issue everything was perfect. Upon arrival we were also greeted with some flowers and a bottle of prosecco to congratulate us on our marriage. Which was such a lovely sweet personal touch.

Was nice to get away, had an issue with the hot water which was resolved fast due to it not being turned on at wall before arriving. Good arrival pack (tea bags,coffee,cloth,fairy liquid).

Bed had little blood stains on & had all bits in it when we pulled it back so luckily took our own bed sheet. Carpet in bedroom was damp & even had damp condensation things under bed. Electric cost us a bomb as it got cold so fast ended up putting in £40 for one week which is ridiculous on top of the £240 we spent to book it. Mould on curtains & wall near door also bathroom blind. Had to buy our own cleaning bits to wipe sides & floor cleaner to mop e.g. Clip that shower goes in to was filthy. Overall wouldn’t stay again which is disappointing.

Easy access for bus route,nice scenery and close to the beach.most enjoyable.

The weather was sunny but cold.

Location was the main thing, accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Grass had just been mowed and isn't collected up so was trailing that about all weekend.
