"Great location close to the cruise port."

Although we only stayed one night, we really enjoyed our stay. There's 2 bars, 2 restaurants, and a gas station in walking distance of the condo. The condo itself was spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds. The host was very responsive and even accommodated an early check-in. He left us a complimentary bottle of wine and a couple of beers. Also, Cocoa Beach Pier is a 5 minute drive up the road. Port Canaveral was only 8 mins away. I will definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're taking a cruise from the port.

There wasn't much to not like, but if I had to critique anything, I would say the patio off the master bedroom could use a little TLC. Everything else was awesome!

Several block walk to the beach. Very close to several restaurants,two bars, and three convenience stores. Nice neighborhood, quiet. Extra blankets and pillows. Easy access. Host wrote back when I had a question. Decorated nicely.?

"Relaxing, comfy and just what we needed!"

We’ve stayed a little further down Cocoa Beach, in the past, and wanted something away from the touristy area. This certainly fit the bill. Easy to get to the beach, close to restaurants and the owner kept in communication on a small problem with garage door opener.

Area was a little sketch. Upon arriving, we watched a woman on her bike chasing down a car and swearing at them! Not a great welcome, but not a real big deal!

"Clean, comfy and convenient to so many places including Port Canaveral."

The property was walking distance to so many places to eat and entertainment. We walked to Ellie Mae’s for dinner and drinks. We stayed to watch a football game. They had live music out back at the tiki bar. Great band! We walked to Moon Hut for breakfast. Excellent food! Check in was easy. The place was clean. The beds and pillows were so comfy. They provided soft and firm pillows. I would definitely stay here again.
