The place was clean and nice.

Really noisey lawn re-sodding happening early Monday morning. Neighborhood was a little sketcy. I'm ex military and use to that but not with family.

Minor point rear bedroom could do with mare natural light

Clean, well equipped and 5 minute walk to beach. Owner very responsive to a small issue we had on leaving property.

Yard area needs a refresh.

Needs to be cooler at night otherwise excellent

Communication from the host was excellent and we were accommodated with an earlier checkin so we could go there straight after we got off our cruise. Getting access and keys was easy and the house is very comfortable and has everything you need. Good to have a washer and dryer to wash some of the clothes for the last few days of what was quite a long holiday. Kitchen facilities were great to do a bit of basic holiday cooking and have a break from eating out. Neighborhood and quiet and peaceful and felt very safe.

Main bedroom does not have a lot of natural light.

The outside environment was not good. The place needed cleaning. The front swing door has no glass. The living room sofa is not in the best of shape.

We had everything we needed. The location was great with easy access to convenience stores, restaurants, and a grocery.

This is the cutest and most relaxing vacation home I have ever rented. It was clean and so comfy. I will definitely stay there again when I am back in town!
