Everything. This was the best air B&B I have ever stayed in. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We arrived in Orlando a day before our cruise well before our checkin time of 4pm and Ryan allowed us to store our 10 pieces of luggage in the garage, which was a huge favor since we had a pickup truck as a rental and we wanted to spend the day at the beach. The walk in shower was fantastic and I’m not sure what mattress they use in the master bedroom, but it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. We walked to our restaurant for dinner which was about a mile away. There were a few other restaurants in the area that you could also walk to. The beach was only a few blocks away which is a nice option. We had 6 in our group which was plenty big enough. It could easily accommodate 8 people with the inflatable mattress they have in the closet and the two large couches. A complimentary bottle wine and two beers was a nice touch in the refrigerator.

This is so minor to even mention, but it would have been nice if we had a roll of paper towel in the kitchen for small snacks and hand drying. It could have been an accidental omission from the cleaning crew, I’m not sure.

"Great place for pre cruise stay."

Great location, good size, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Good WiFi and air conditioning.

Rear patio doors are painted over making the room dark, would be easy to fit some curtains and clean the glass to let the light in.

Well maintained, clean facility, plush towels, beautiful shower in the Master. Reserved the day-of and staff was quick to provide access codes. Good location with plenty of grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. Washing machine and dryer, garage parking. Great value!

Beautifully appointed accommodation in a great location a short walk to the beach and with various good bars and restaurants close by. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms and kitchen. Very responsive hosts...we had no problems at all.

I liked the bathroom big and clean with nice fluffy towels that smell good. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable with nice pillows.
