L’appartement est tres bien équipée, la cuisine est tres pratique. La vue de l’appartement vue mer est incroyable.

Parking un peu loin de la maison (et pas de place attitrée)

Det var vanskelig å finne parkering da det er fri parkering. Balkongen har blitt meget sliten og det såg ikke så bra ut. Dette er synd da man tilbringer mye tid der.

Lovely seaside location with beautiful views of the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were good quality.

Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to steep stairs. Patio furniture needs updating—only one sun lounger. A table and chairs on the patio to eat at would be better than the two chairs currently there, as when you sit in them you cannot see the view due to the fence. The door lock is faulty and should be replaced. Sent messages to the host but they were not replied too. Quaint small town with a couple of restaurants. The Italian has a beautiful terrace and the pasta was very good. Note: there was one unfriendly neighbour who grunted at me when I said hello, but all other neighbours were friendly.

I unfortunately had a very disappointing stay at Casa do Mar in Madeira. The house was in poor condition and not properly maintained. There were cockroaches both inside and outside the house, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. A strong, unpleasant smell of humidity was present throughout the house, with a particularly strong mold smell in the bathroom, making it difficult to breathe at times. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority—the house and terrace were very dirty, with old, worn-out furniture left lying around. Additionally, the paint on the terrace was severely worn out, adding to the overall neglected appearance of the property. Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic standards of hygiene or comfort, and I would not recommend it in its current condition.

The location right at the ocean was astounding, the property was clean and had the necessary amenities which made our stay super comfortable. The house is really a perfect holiday home with the terrace where you could admire the surfers, sunsets, and the skyline at night. Communication over the check in and check out was excellent. Wifi was good as well.

Great location, amazing sunset and ocean views and a very comfortable apartment in a very charming little village. We absolutely loved our stay here.

The bathroom could use a bit of a touchup and the doors could open a little easier.

Lovely comfortable apartment with fantastic views over the sea. Pretty village setting. We had a very peaceful few days stay gazing at the sea.. Everyting was good. Carrying luggage and shopping from the village car park down steps and the steps to the bedroom inside the apartment might be a drawback for some but did not bother us at all.
