The view over the sea

No door to the toilet The stairs were open and very steep . Bedroom upstairs and toilet on the ground floor ,toilet difficult to access during the night. No blind to the window no privacy

Great location by the sea. , Fantastic views, great for a couple.

Stairs slightly awkward.

Great location, great ocean view, the village is lovely. The washing machine was a plus.

The place indeed needs a solid refresh and a thorough clean. The bathroom was quite terrible, it smelled, was dirty, and there was mold, so you really don’t want to touch anything in the shower. The towels smelled so bad that we had to wash them to use them. The deck smelled badly of cat urine so we didn’t use it at all. The door locks barely work - it can take several minutes to open and close them.

The location was very good with a great ocean view and the sound of the waves crashing. It was also relatively quiet. The size / space of the the apartment was good and some the fittings - the lights for example - were smart / trendy

The apartment needs a good redecoration, particularly the outside areas with paint peeling / flaking of the doors. Also, the bathroom - though the shower pressure was great - needs work with a water swollen wooden door that looked terrible and water damaged walls in the shower itself Also, the fridge - whilst more than adequate - was not fitted in properly into the unit

Everything! Location was great, bed extremely comfortable, breathtaking views. Amazing to fall asleep with the sound of the sea. Jardim do Mar & Paul do Mar are amazing. We will come back.

The fact that the neighbor’s window was directed to the house. Maybe provide a canopy (feels like this was installed there before) for more privacy at the terrace.

Maybe a little more of furniture on the terrace (against sun, and a little table, 2 chairs, etc.)
