"Ideally okay for adult children and a couple but not for babies as it was dangerous.."

It wasn't safe for children and could've done with more heating. Bathroom upstairs instead of downstairs near kitchen

"Tried to contact the owner and had no reply after the most horrific stay .."

owner has no response with me nor booking with regards to the state of the property . Would rather a hostel than this place .

Everything and the lack of communication is appalling . The stay was awful we came home early please avoid it was horrendous and filthy .

Property was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed

Nothing property was fine maybe more bins for rubbish as i had to leave some rubbish beside the bin outside but apart from that great

"Very enjoyable family stay with son and grandchildren."

Plenty of beds available and 4 bedrooms. Equipped kitchen. Good location for our visits to Alron Towers.

Only real issues we had were the lack of working light bulbs. No light in the living room, and the downstairs bedroom. We had to move bulbs around to get some light. Also the shower needs attention. The shower hose is split and leaks also the shower head holder needs to be fixed. Lack of oven grill and baking trays.
