"Superb"

it was close to the job we are working and free parking ( road side) There is a sizzing pub a few mins walk away but if you want food get there before 8pm as that's when food stops. there is a few convenience stores, pubs and a kabab shop also a few mins walk away . Ive stayed here a few times and will stay again.

"Clean, warm, comfortable and modern place in a good location with a generous host."

There was plenty of parking, mine right outside the front door. The place housed 9 people which is often hard to find. The kitchen also reflected the hire of 9 people. The cleanliness was outstanding and the style was nice too. Everything you need was there with modern appliances as well. Pleasantly surprised to find the host was generous with heating the place for our arrival and stay. Much appreciated by us all. The location suited us very well - only 15mins from town. A beautiful park - walking distance away - as well as local shops

A coffee machine would have been welcomed and an additional toilet too. That’s it.

The house was clean and in a quiet location easy access to main road stayed for daughters 16th to go to alton Towers was absolutely perfect highly recommend

Location, size, added extras like coffee, tea etc included. Warm, hot shower, room size good, walk in bring milk, good to go.

The bed in the bottom bedroom needs replacing. I came home to the doors under the sink on the floor. Probably previous damage that wasn't fixed. No biggy. It took me 17 minutes and 4 tries from the wife to work out how to take the key out of the front door after opening but I'm just a Moron. A tv in all rooms even just a small one would of been nice but thats being picky, luckily we didn't need to talk to the kids due to the invention of mobile phones and iPads.. so all good.

"Worst mattress ever"

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to public transport.

The mattresses were substantially sagging, and the house needs a thorough cleaning, such as the area behind the doors.

"Good"

clean and tidy. lots of cleaning products which was good so that we could leave the house as we found it. towels supplied which was a bonus too.

the heating wouldn’t go off for some reason so was far too hot. garden not great. as it’s winter we didn’t use it but wouldn’t have want to of it was the summer
