Wir haben zu fünft (2 Erwachsene und 3 Jugendliche) 4 sehr schöne Tage in diesem top-ausgestatteten und modernen Appartement verbracht. Darüber hinaus ist auch der Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir sind daher alle der Meinung, dass diese Unterkunft eine top-Bewertung verdient.

The location is excellent. The house is in the centre of Brighton and is a couple of minutes walk from many shops, the road was pleasant and quiet. The house is very clean and the outside space is very good.

A family group of 6, our 2 adult daughters and their partners. Our holiday house was perfect for us, it was as described, in a very central location, good living space with sunny terrace, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had a problem with our initial credit card payment which Renny handled very professionally and patiently while it was resolved. Our deposit was returned to us in full within 48 hours of check out. We found Renny's level of communication timely and helpful. We will very likely book again.

What a gem! This is a lovely house! Location is perfect, especially if you have teenagers who want to explore Brighton on their own but need to know that home is only about 5 minutes away. The washer dryer actually works, and really well, which is a godsend! The house was very clean and tidy and came with very thoughtful extra touches - a full range of tea, coffee etc, well stocked condiments, and fresh milk and jam, as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. Perfect if you're arriving later on and are too tired to shop. The patio garden is delightful, private, and surprisingly quiet given the city centre location. I would 100% recommend and will book again asap.
