Central Portland Street with Free Parking

This is an exceptional property in Brighton, it is fantastic value for money and offers plenty of space and facilities. The owner was easy to contact, quick to reply and nothing but helpful throughout our entire stay. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, the bathrooms a modern and functional and there are plenty of thoughtful extras like plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, etc. There is free parking within a minutes walk of the property and for a city centre location we were able to sleep with the windows open with little disruption except for the seagulls which you would expect in a seaside location. The property is superbly placed, literally minutes walk from all the major attractions, including some excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. Everything was clean, in good working order and many items appeared to be new. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Loved this house it was walking distance to the town, train station and the lanes .Located in a quiet street. The house had everything you needed very comfortable such a bonus to have a secure parking space as it is very difficult to find parking in Brighton and its very expensive. The host was great responded very quickly . I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.
