Could not get more central location. Nice spacious house. Pool table and large size widescreen television

Location was excellent right in the centre of Derry near all the restaurants and bars. Easy to gain access to the property using the lockbox.

Cleanliness in the property was not great at all. Bedding had not been changed. Found dirty clothes in the wardrobe presumably from the previous guests. Hairs and grime in the bathroom sink.

Location and parking was excellent. I was expecting basic, because of the price, but I was anticipating a reasonable standard of cleanliness. We booked the 4 bed house as it stated it had 2 bathrooms - it only had one ! The drain in the shower was blocked, so the water ran away very very slowly. The crockery and cutlery was dirty - we had to wash everything we used. The house was grubby, with stained carpets and dirty surfaces. It was not a good experience. It's a shame because with a bit of TLC, this could be a great house.

Great location and facilities. Had an issue with a window and owner was very quick to respond. Would recommend.

Great location for Halloween in Derry. In the heart of everything so could dip in and out, but surprisingly not too noisy! Pool table provided extra entertainment.

Basic accommodation but had everything we needed and plenty of room.
