"You own shire"

Why visit Hobbiton when you can have you own shire without anyone. The view is just stunning and so peaceful. Thanks Elaine and Allan for everything and for making this stay unbelievable.

Pool needs renovation - loose tiles at the pool should be fixed and pool should be cleaned Cottage wasn’t very clean - needs some soap!

"Paradise"

The photographs hardly do it justice - it's very beautiful. The gardens are amazing. Elaine and Allan are friendly and helpful but leave you in peace to do your own thing
