The Dunes Resort 80 & 69

It is a villa with an upper floor, a hall and a kitchen. The house is beautiful and has a garage for the car and a small yard. The kitchen has all the necessary tools and utensils, but for your information, it does not overlook the sea at all. The distance from the house to the sea is about 400 meters. It does not have sound insulation, as you hear any movement in the house very clearly, and you hear any voice from the people in the house, as the upper floor is made of wood. All the sounds of walking up or down are audible, and you hear the toilet flushing. But in general, if you have a car, the place is good. I advise the owner of the house to put a mattress with a heater in it.

The bedding was nice.

Dirty cups and dishes. No spunge to wash dishes. No dishwasher. There were not even the basics like salt, pepper or sugar. No smart Tv. The stairs has gaps big enough for a small child to fall through, the windows in the second bedroom where the children slept is bes height and very easy for a child to fall down from the second story. The upstairs toilet is half blocked and the flushing mechanism gets stuck.

The apartment ist 10 min away from the beautiful beach.

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned: the floors were dirty, the toilets and the fridge were not clean, the bed linen was dirty, chewing gum was stuck in the carpet and dog food was in the entrance area. Even though the cleaning company was on site, 20 hours later the apartment still hadn't been cleaned or the bed linen changed. We decided to leave. The owner did not accommodate us in any way and there was no refund of the rent.
