"Unsuitable location. Not Plettenberg Bay for which we had booked."

It was OK

We had booked to stay in Plettenberg Bay. But the house was in Keurboomstrand. The address on the reservation details was 394 Main St Plettenberg Bay. Also, the photo of the house showed an open patio overlooking the sea. This was not a photo of the house we stayed in. We stayed at 69, not 80 and 69 as noted on reservation form.

"Perfect"

We had a standstill Due to Road maintenance and the host kept on checking on us till we arrived around Midnight. And the place is very peaceful and very neat. I will definitely highly recommend this place for families
