Everything..... Location, cleanliness, warmth, comfy bed, excellent pillows all the extras that were provided for us humans & for our hairy baby, dog blankets, bowls & treats..... Christmas decorations were a lovely touch the crackers the panatone & the wine. Weather was not down to the hosts but it was amazing. Information booklet is so informative. Will deffinetly return.......!x
