The location

Uncleaned when we got there cloths in dressers used soap in shower and sand in the sheets on the bed like they never where washed and then took an extra 300 out for a security deposit and nothing was cleaned at all I had to wash the floors my self and was the bed

"Lovely Beach Cottage for Family Stays."

The house had it all. I was working a bit while on the trip and the house had enough space so that we didn't disturb anyone. The location was lovely, Ocean Isle Beach was removed from a lot of the craziness of typical beach towns. It was quiet. The house has a lovely back yard and a screened in porch. The staff was responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed for 8 days. Conveniently located to grocery stores and there is a lovely Jamaican restaurant across the street. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. They supplied towels and the basics for cooking. The maintenance folks were nice and helped us out with the grill. We had a great time. We would definitely recommend to friends. We went for my son's post graduation from high school vacation. We found the beach to be amazing and the town to be delightful. Thanks for having us.

We didn't have anything we didn't like. I would recommend beefing up the beds in the twin room. We had three adults with us and one has restless legs and the other is a giant. We're always looking for stays that have three bedrooms because of this. This is a minor thing. We didn't have any other issues with this location. It was far more comfortable space wise than a lot of other places we have stayed.

Very clean. I had great amenities like a laundry room. Great value. A lot for just a little money.

Not much to complain about. I had a hard time trying to get the door to lock. TheGreat management was remote though and never heard from them, but I didn't need assistance either.
