PET POLICY -Max 2 pets allowed. -You must Pay All Pet Fees before bringing pets. -Pet fee = 75 per pet. -No puppies (under 2 years OR acting like a puppy). -No training pads, pee pads, indoor potty systems, or litter boxes. -If any animals are brought into the home at any time without approval, fees will double and be charged automatically. -If you show up to the property with a dog without telling us, we will to charge your credit card on file with no questions asked. -If your dog is a legitimate registered service animal, we request that you let us know in advance so we don’t have any awkward situations. 🚫 RESTRICTED BREEDS (NOT ALLOWED — NO EXCEPTIONS!) Pit Bull breeds (American Pit Bull Terrier, American/Irish Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier) American Bulldog, American Bully, XL Bully, “Staffie,” “Pit-Mix” Afghan Hound, Akita, Bernese Mountain Dog, Boxer, Chow, Dalmatian Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Malamute Mastiff (Canary Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff), Rottweiler, Saluki St. Bernard, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Weimaraner -Any dog that is part of these breeds, even a mix ***IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT KIND OF DOG YOU HAVE THEN YOU SHOULD USE THE FREE PET SCANNER APP. WE WILL USE THIS APP TO IDENTIFY YOUR DOG BREED IF IT LOOKS QUESTIONABLE.***Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
